An Invaluable community resource
CASEY HOUSE
Casey House is a specialty HIV/AIDS hospital that serves the needs of persons with HIV/AIDS who are medically complex. When it first opened in 1988, Casey House provided mostly palliative and end-of-life care. Since then HIV/AIDS care has evolved significantly and many people with HIV live well into their senior years. Casey House provides care for the people in our community who are most adversely affected. In addition to in-patient care, Casey House offers its community programs: home care and outreach. Their commitment is to provide compassionate health care for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS, in collaboration with our communities.
In June 2017 they opened a greatly expanded facility that includes a day health program and launched a new approach to compassionate, inspired health care for people living with complex presentations of HIV/AIDS.
